Rick Smith holds the position of vice president of operations in which he oversees the operational management of HyperActive’s customer service, support and implementation teams. Rick has made significant contributions to the organization over the last 11 years. His operational skills combined with an in-depth understanding of the needs of our
customers make him a valuable member of the management team. Since joining HyperActive as technical sales support manager in 2005, Mr. Smith has helped build and drive HyperActive’s customer service, training, implementation and support organizations. He has been instrumental in developing HyperActive’s strong relationships with the world’s leading restaurant chains, most recently as director of brand development.
