Mr. Neely joined Intermolecular in October 2013. He has more than 30 years of financial and operations management experience in semiconductor and related industries, as well as start-up and young company environments.
Before IMI, he was the chief financial officer of Tessera Technology (TSRA), a publicly held semiconductor intellectual property
provider.
Prior to working at Tessera, he was the CFO and VP of Supply Chain at Livescribe, a private company that developed an innovative digital writing platform.
He was also the chief financial officer at Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR), one of the fastest growing analog power management semiconductor companies.
He has also served as the chief financial officer of NuCORE Technology and other companies, while spending time earlier in his career at Synopsys (SNPS) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in a variety of senior financial management positions worldwide, including overseas assignments in The Philippines, Singapore and Switzerland.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Whitman College.
Mr. Neely served on the board of Aviza Technology, (AVZA) a semiconductor capital equipment supplier, from 2007 to 2009 as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
