Originally from Sarasota, Rick graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He co-authored several psychological research papers and presented research at professional symposiums across the country. In 2008, Rick relocated to
Jacksonville, Florida to pursue post-baccalaureate studies in research and statistical analysis at the University of North Florida.
While in school, Rick worked as a leasing agent in Ponte Vedra Beach. He quickly moved into management at the 444-unit Class A luxury community. By 2012, he was leading the single family home acquisitions for a large hedge fund entering the reo-to-rent market. In this position, Rick developed and implemented a process that lead to over 100 single-family home acquisitions in just one year.
In 2014, Rick joined IHT Capital and has implemented an acquisitions process that has become the foundation of our value-added platform. He currently serves as our Director of Acquisitions.
