Richard Wise is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Oak Residential Partners. He sits on the Investment Committee for both Oak Residential Partners and Oak Realty Group.
Prior to co-founding Oak Residential Partners, Mr. Wise was Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investments for Waterton Associates. Prior to that, he worked for
Archstone-Smith Trust acquiring and developing apartment communities and was a Principal with a boutique private real estate group redeveloping affordable properties around Chicago.
Mr. Wise received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also a certified public accountant.
