Richard is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Castletop Capital. His responsibilities include managing a number of the firm's investments and infrastructure operations. Additionally, Richard manages Castletop Capital's investments in Falconhead and Shadow Creek. Prior to joining Castletop Capital, Richard worked at a storage area
network (SAN) start-up, StorageApps, Inc., where, as Director of the technical sales organization, he helped the company achieve revenues of $50 million in its first year. Prior to joining StorageApps, Richard held various sales and marketing management positions at Dell Inc. His last position at Dell was Senior Manager of Server and Storage Sales for the company's Large Corporate Accounts organization. Before joining Dell, he worked in Business Development in the two-way radio and paging divisions of Motorola. Richard received his BA in Economics from Florida State University.
