Richard (Rick) Fallon is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the RAND Corporation. He is responsible for the overall finance and administration functions of RAND. This includes the responsibilities of the CFO (a role in which he has served since January 2000); business intelligence and market analysis; emergency preparedness;
as well as oversight of RAND's operations (including facilities and real estate, security and safety, and information services), RAND U.S. site management, and the Survey Research Group.
