Richard Dovere is the Chief Investment Officer at EDPR NA Distributed Generation. Prior to that, he was the president and managing partner of HPP and founded and served as Managing Partner of Adamas Energy Investments, LLC (“Adamas”), an advisory and asset management firm focused on generation assets. To date, Adamas has advised on more than $500
MM of Distributed Generation Projects and built an extensive investment portfolio of alternative energy assets/facilities in the United States. Prior to founding Adamas, Mr. Dovere consulted on power projects for private and institutional clients. His areas of expertise include project due diligence and execution oversight as well as advising on legislative issues affecting the energy sector, particularly the nuclear power industry in the Midwest. Previously, Mr. Dovere co-founded and was Executive Vice President of a technology services company, which he successfully exited at the sale. He has also held key positions in United States political campaigns at local, state, and national levels
