Richard is Director of Global Sales – responsible for new business acquisition and customer management. With over 20 years' experience, Richard has held senior management roles across the EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining Achilles, he held the role of Vice President of Global Sales for Symantec Corporation, based in New
York.
He has also worked as President of the Americas, and Senior Vice President of the EMEA region, for leading business security service MessageLabs.
Before those roles, he was Managing Director in Australasia for Interwoven – an international content management company; Divisional Vice President of Storage Australasia, and Managing Director for Computer Associates. He also held a series of positions for the hardware and software company Oracle - including Sales Director, Alliance Director and Senior Consultant.
Richard is originally from New Zealand and holds degrees in Computer Science and Strategic Management from Massey University.
