Mr. Bott has been a director of the Company since September 2013. Mr. Bott worked in investment banking for more than 35 years at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse), where he provided financial structuring and strategic advice to numerous large American and international corporations, with a focus on
industrial, automotive and transportation companies. Mr. Bott served as Vice Chairman, Institutional Securities Group of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated from 2003 until his retirement at the end of 2007. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Bott served as Vice Chairman, Investment Banking, of Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation from 1998 to 2003; Managing Director, The First Boston Corporation and its successor companies, CS First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, from 1982 to 1998; and Vice President, Assistant Vice President & Associate, The First Boston Corporation from 1972 to 1982. Mr. Bott is also a director of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., serving on both the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Bott has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
