Rich has built companies with teams of exceptional people who focus on the right, deep, consistent work that produces compounding returns over an extended period of time. In 1997, he founded and continues to lead Extensis Group, one of the nation’s largest privately held professional employer organizations (PEO) and an industry leader in human resources solutions. In 1987, he founded and continues to run NIP Group, a market-leading specialty insurance MGA that brings an entrepreneurial spirit to insurance and risk management.
Rich is a current board member of Automotive Business Solutions, Briscoe Protective and FIMC and a former board member of Housing Wire, KGHP, Midwest Supplies, PEC Safety, Sage Data Systems and Windley Ely.
