Richard is the founder and president of Albert Architecture & Urban Design, a New Orleans based architectural design firm with experience servicing both public and private sector clients. Richard is a hands-on principal who brings over twenty years of proven architectural experience and a strong passion for design to every project. His
professional career has included work with many of the premier design groups in the Louisiana area and he has experience with a large number of property types. As a principal, he has found that most clients enjoy an active role in the architectural design process and believes that communication is key to success. Albert Architecture became a subsidiary of Hernandez Consulting in 2012. Richard is currently the Vice President Architecture of Hernandez Consulting.
He is a graduate of University of Louisiana Lafayette and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Richard holds architectural licenses in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Florida.
