RCC Associates, originally known as Raphael Construction Corporation, was founded in Chicago by Richard Raphael in 1971 and relocated to South Florida in 1981. Recognizing a demand for quality GC's in the market, Richard’s goal was to establish RCC as the top interior buildout specialist in South Florida. As the RCC team grew, Richard
implemented systems within the company structure to ensure projects were consistently delivered on time, within budget and of the highest quality. He developed strong relationships with his clients and industry professionals, including the top performing subcontractors and craftsman in the area. It wasn't long before RCC Associates became recognized as a well-respected general contracting company with a high level of attention to detail, that any client could depend on. Richard lost his battle with cancer in 1998, and was succeeded by his wife, Beverly Raphael.
