Mr. Rich Harrison is a team member of Level 11. Rich is an experienced operational and strategic executive with a track record leading teams to identify and implement transformational business initiatives. With over 20 years in domestic and international leadership roles, Rich excels at managing diverse business teams and creating innovative
strategies that lead to bottom line results.
Rich's most recent role was as Senior Vice President and COO at Safelite Autoglass, the US leader in automotive glass repair and replacement. In this role over the past six years, Rich led a team that is responsible for delivering over $1 billion in annual revenue.
Prior to becoming COO at Safelite, Rich was CEO of Belron Inc., responsible for developing the strategy and roll-up acquisition and integration efforts for UK-based Belron SA. This effort led to the successful acquisition of 8 regional businesses creating the leading US brand in its industry.
With extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and integrations, Rich provides strategy, integration and performance improvement advisory services to Level 11 clients as well as works with Level 11's Venture Group pursuing small to mid-sized acquisition opportunities.
