Ric Joyner, CEO and co-founder of eflex, left a Madison, Wisconsin TPA firm he founded in 1988 to start eflexgroup. Ric has served in the past as the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters State President in 2003 and President of the Madison WI CEBS Society.
