Renaud Perrier has over 20 years of experience in information technology and Cloud in a variety of roles ranging from sales engineering, to product management and technological partnerships. Passionate about technology, he is one of the pioneers of the Cloud industry, which he joined in the very early stages. Backed by his experiences with major
software and Cloud companies such as Microsoft and Google, Renaud developed a passion for entrepreneurship, startups and their technical and commercial development.
Renaud is currently Senior Vice President at Virtru, in charge of international business development and operations, based in Paris, driving commercial activities and the company's product strategy and partnerships in EMEA and JAPAC.
Before Virtru, Renaud notably co-found We Advocacy and participated in the LumApps adventure, joined at the start and led to maturity and international expansion where he held the position of Chief Product Officer, in charge of product strategy and its marketing.
Previously, Renaud was responsible for global technological partnerships at Google where he spent 8 years there in sales engineering, product management and management of partnerships and alliances. He organized the launch of Google Cloud solutions for companies in EMEA and initiated the global ISV program to develop the Google ecosystem and the relationship with venture capital. Before Google, Renaud also held positions in Sales Engineering at Microsoft for global accounts for 9 years and at Genesys Telecommunications.
He is married and father of 2 daughters, amateur sportsman avid of fencing and snowboarding, and historian of heart, of the great and the small history, that became a passion.
