With 9+ years of experience in Indonesia’s startup and entertainment industries, Redemptus Rangga Raditya is an entrepreneur who is committed to building businesses with meaningful impact. As Founder and CEO of Rangkai, he leads a pioneering digital film startup that empowers Indonesian filmmakers through a sharing economy model. Under his
leadership, Rangkai has grown to 50,000+ users, showcasing 250+ films across 70+ cities in collaboration with government agencies, festivals, and educational institutions. Aim to become a hyperlocal - global video streaming service in 2025.
He has contributed to national film policy as an Expert Staff at Ministry of Development (Bappenas), focusing on strategic policy and implementation for the film ecosystem. Previously, he served as Program Director at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, overseeing the Apresiasi Film Indonesia (AFI) Research & Appreciation Program, supporting film communities in 15 cities (komunitasfilm.id).
Currently, Rangga serves as Deputy Chairman for Strategic Policy and Government Relations at the Jakarta Creative Economy Committee, shaping policies to strengthen Jakarta’s creative industries and driving sustainable growth through innovation.
