Ray Mullins was employed as a Quality specialist for over 25 years previously working for a global telecommunication company.
He qualified as a lead auditor in 1981, gained MSc with distinction in 1993 and a member of the Institute of Quality Assurance since 1995. Ray has worked for GD UK since 2001 starting as a Quality engineer and moving up
within the company to Quality Manager.
Ray transitioned to the role of BPL Manager in 2009 to manage the implementation and transition from the old style documentation based QMS, to the new format of process maps and the Business Process Library which meets the requirement of the process approach of the ISO 9001 standard and clearly identifies the interaction between the processes.
