A current director in entrepreneurial services and 21-year accounting industry professional, Ray began his career after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Akron. He has also earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor
(CEPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and he is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
Ray has represented BCG&Co. for over ten years, with concentrations in the firm’s Merger and Acquisition practice area. He enjoys providing clients with traditional M&A assistance, financial advisory solutions and exit planning. His industry concentration is primarily with manufacturing/distribution, construction and professional services. Prior to joining BCG&Co., Ray spent 10 years at another CPA firm where he was promoted to manager.
