Ray manages customers, AEM staff, and internal processes to ensure that repairs are done correctly and efficiently. Involved in the electronics and avionics industry for nearly 30 years, Ray is the main point of contact for estimating and quoting on all product repairs. He enjoys finding solutions to electronic and process problems that meet the
needs of AEM's customers.
Ray received his Electronic Technologist diploma through Okanagan College, and honourably received the SET-BC Premier's Award for Excellence in Education for combined practical and academic achievement. Like many of his fellow team members, Ray started with Northern Airborne Technologies; there he worked as a technician, as well as a supervisor within the Maintenance Department. He advanced to Director at NAT before transitioning to AEM, then took on the additional responsibility of Department Manager.
