Dr. Ray Emami serves as the President at Global InfoTek, Inc. Dr. Emami founded GITI in 1996. He is a technical visionary, a dynamic and inspirational leader, and a high-energy entrepreneur, who has over 25 years experience successfully conceiving, creating, and leading cutting-edge technology development projects. Under his leadership GITI has
become a premier contractor supporting organizations such as the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) in advanced technology projects. Dr. Emami has personally directed many successful multi-million dollar programs spanning: Engineering and Integration; Rapid Prototyping; and Operations Research Analyses. Dr. Emami has distinguished himself working with several flagship DARPA projects; OSD; DISA; and the Military Services. Dr. Emami acted as Chief Engineer for DARPA?s visionary Command Post of the Future (CPOF). Dr. Emami has led the integration of technologies from both academic and commercial organizations in support of the CPOF. He has also led technology development and systems integration projects for other DARPA leading-edge projects including Project Genoa, which focuses on collaborative, national-level crisis mitigation tasks; the Advanced Logistics Program; and the I*3 Project, a highly successful effort to transition Intelligent Integration of Information technologies that support access to diverse information systems.
