Raphael brings 18 years of experience in core IP networks, with experience in engineering, integration and support. As head of R&D, he is responsible for the developments of new services and products, to meet the trends of the VoIP industry. He took part in the deployment of New Generation Networks for carrier-grade service providers. As head
of the support team in Italtel Belgium, he ensured that all the platforms were running perfectly. Prior to Italtel, Raphael worked in Alcatel as System Engineer. He took part in the deployment of video telephony solutions for service providers across Europe. Raphael started his career in Belgacom Skynet as System Engineer, where he was responsible for the development of the next generation email services. Raphael is owner of a university degree in computer sciences.
