Rany is founding legal advisor and the internal legal advisor of UBQ.
Rany has worked at some of the leading law firms in Israel such as Herzog, Fox & Neeman and was a partner at Yaacov Solomon, Lipschutz & Co. He specializes in private investments and international M&A transactions.
He is a member of the Board of the Israel-Thai
Chamber of Commerce and serves as a judge of the Israel Bar Association Tribunal.
Rany is also a Boing 787 (Dreamliner) pilot for the Israeli Airline EL AL.
He holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BA in law studies.
