Randy has a strong track record in managing Internet and software companies.
Most recently, he was CIO and VP of Operations for SuccessFactors, a customer-focused business execution software company with more than eight million users and 3,000 customers across 168 countries.
He first began working with SuccessFactors as an early stage startup
while a partner in the Fast Forward Group at Greylock Partners.
Prior to Greylock, he served as CIO at Digital River, an e-commerce ASP with more than 6,000 online stores, where he helped lead the company to a successful IPO.
