Randy Pearce has served as a director since 2005, is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation and Stock Incentive Committee. In March 2015, Pearce was appointed as Ascena’s Lead Independent Director.
Pearce served from February 2011 until his retirement on June 30, 2012, as President of Regis Corporation, an owner,
operator and franchisor of hair and retail product salons. From 1998 until February 2011, Pearce served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Regis Corporation, and held various executive positions at Regis Corporation since 1985. Currently, Pearce serves as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Appliance Recycling Centers of America.
The Board selected Pearce to serve as a director based on his extensive financial background in auditing and in internal controls over financial reporting of a large publicly held retail company.
