Randy Knaflic is the VP of People Operations for Jawbone, where he leads the organization's talent acquisition, employee development, and other HR-related efforts.
Prior to joining Jawbone, Randy was the VP of HR at SpaceX.
Randy developed his HR prowess at Google, based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he built and grew the first
engineering center outside of North America. In this role, Randy created a world class recruitment organization and led Google's rapid expansion across 12 engineering sites in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa); he was also responsible for Google's EMEA-focused university relations and talent & outreach programs teams, focused on developing Google's partnerships with academia and industry.
Prior to Google, Randy formed a successful boutique search advisory firm in NYC that supported the growth of tech companies such as Borland, Liveperson, WebMD, and Novadigm.
