Randy Ison has been with J.S. Held since 2004.
Randy has extensive experience in consulting and estimating all types of property damage losses to various types of property. Prior to joining J.S. Held Incorporated in 2004, he acted as a construction project manager and general contractor throughout the Midwest. Randy has over 20 years of
experience in the construction field. As a general contractor he has worked for some the largest property management companies in the country. He has extensive knowledge in multi-family and commercial properties.
Randy has consulted on numerous catastrophe events during his tenure at J.S. Held including all types of properties. He has been involved with multi-million dollar losses throughout the country, including the hurricanes of 2004, 2005, 2008, wildfires, severe water and fire losses along with numerous builder's risk losses.
Randy's experience includes acting as an appraiser and umpire on numerous large losses, and has testified as an expert.
