During Randy's 12 years at Oracle Corporation, his primary responsibilities centered around the formation of project accounting systems.
Randy worked with many companies in diverse industries and disciplines as he developed an unmatched understanding of two operational worlds: financial accounting and project management.
In 1988, he designed and developed an internal system that helped manage Oracle's consulting organization. Two years later, Randy moved into Application Product Development where, as chief architect, he spearheaded what is now known as the Oracle Projects® suite of E-Business Applications. Randy is known as the "Father of Oracle Projects" and is widely regarded as the expert source for project solutions.
