Randy Bishop is the Director of Operations at RehabVisions. Randy Bishop joined EnduraCare in January 2008 as a Divisional Vice President with over 20 years of clinical and operational experience. Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Mr. Bishop is operationally responsible for contracts in Texas, New Mexico, Northern Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia, and
West Virginia. Prior to joining EnduraCare, Mr. Bishop served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Richards Healthcare in Houston Texas for 17 years. Hired at the inception of Richards Healthcare, Mr. Bishop played an integral role in the company’s successful development and growth in full service therapy contracts and nursing and therapy travel services. Mr. Bishop started his career in physical therapy as a licensed PTA upon graduation from Houston Community College in 1981. After completing his pre-requisites at Texas A & M University, Mr. Bishop received his Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1984. Mr. Bishop has been a member of the APTA and TPTA since 1980 and has served on the Houston Community College PTA Advisory Committee for over 30 years.
