As Director of Engineering, Randy Benson oversees all senior systems and network engineers. He leads and supervises engineers as they develop, test, modify, deploy and create solutions to technical problems. Randy manages the collaboration efforts between the Sales and Field Engineering Departments to ensure quality of projects and oversees the
project process from design to completion. In his role, he also works closely with Sales Engineering to develop product line roadmaps and strategies in a collaborative team environment. Randy brings to Ancero over 20 plus years of technical knowledge and holds numerous industry certifications and continues to research new and innovative technologies to best suit Ancero customers in the ever changing IT environment. Prior to joining the Ancero team, Randy served in the United States Navy for six years.
