Randi Davis is the Senior Strategic Advisor of the Regional Bureau at UNDP. He was the former Director for Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment at UNDP.
Randi is the Director of the United Nations Development Program, Gender Equality Team. She is passionate about equality, freedom, justice, and rights. She was part of the founding team
that designed and launched the United Nations Democracy Fund, and she spearheaded UNDP’s global practice on parliamentary development. She was also responsible for bringing gender equality and women’s empowerment into UNDP’s electoral support.
