Randeep has served in senior positions at the World Bank from 2005 to 2018, including as the head of the World Bank's global ICT Sector Unit as its Practice Manager and later as the Bank's international advisor on digital strategy and government analytics. In these capacities, he led an international team of World Bank experts to support
developing countries on policies and programs relating to the digital economy. Before joining the World Bank, he was a policymaker and member of the Indian Administrative Service. He helped the state of Andra Pradesh achieve prominence in digital government and become a key international destination for digital technology-based services. After leaving the World Bank, Randeep founded Multiverz, a Singaporean social impact enterprise that aims to leverage data analytics and AI to help governments, businesses, and individuals better anticipate and prepare for an uncertain future. The World Bank has engaged Randeep to advise on policies and strategies relating to investment promotion, data, Al, smart cities, and the metaverse. Randeep is also a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur.
