Dr. Ran Carmi is the Founder & CEO of Eye-Predict. He provides strategic vision, manages day-to-day operations, pursues partners and collaborators, and leads fund raising activities. Dr. Carmi is an internationally recognized expert in eye tracking research & applications (winner of the Best Paper Award at ETRA2006). Under his
leadership, the Eye-Predict team brought a software-as-a-service solution to market, reached sales with a Fortune 200 company that offered to license its predictive technology, and won a Small Business Innovation & Research award from the National Science Foundation. Dr. Carmi previously led technology commercialization at Caltech, where he recruited the R&D team of Eye-Predict. Earlier in his career, Dr. Carmi was a project manager at WebTrac (acquired), and served in R&D positions at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) and Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA) before they went public.
