Ran Assaf is a Managing Partner and Founder of M+A Squared. In 2005, he founded Didiom, a New York-based software company specializing in the development of streaming media technologies and mobile music applications. While being responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations as chief executive, Ran grew the company organically from the
conceptual stage to an internationally recognized, award-winning business with thousands of customers worldwide. Before its acquisition by SnapOne, Inc. (formerly Exclaim Mobility, Inc.) in 2011, Didiom was named one of the world’s top private technology companies by Red Herring. Prior to founding Didiom, Ran held various program management positions at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), focusing on global business operations, corporate finance, and contract management. Ran holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson’s Graduate School of Business in Massachusetts.
