Ramsey Evans is the Chairman of the Board & Chief Financial Officer for Keais Records Retrieval. He began his executive career at Keais in 1999. He served as CFO for six years prior to stepping into the role as CEO. During his tenure, he helped build Keais into one of the largest medical records retrieval and analysis companies in the nation.
In 2009, Ramsey left the day-to-day operations of Keais to join the executive leadership of Prognosis Health Information Systems, an electronic medical record (EMR) company serving the rural and community hospital markets. He was a founder and board member of Prognosis before being appointed as its president and chief executive officer. While at Prognosis, he successfully led a venture raise and grew the company into nationally acclaimed EMR vendor. In 2012, Ramsey received an “EHR Game Changers Award” from Health Data Management magazine. The recognition honors individuals who have been true game changers in the design, advocacy, deployment and development of electronic health records technology.
In 2013, Ramsey returned to Keais to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. He provides executive oversight and strategic leadership to direct Keais into the next generation of record retrieval and analytics.
Ramsey received his degree in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston.
