I am a business development professional and the co-founder and CEO of FoxDo Oy, a Finnish technology company that has developed a first of its kind service platform for home renovation. With over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and execution, continuous improvement programs, and change management, I lead FoxDo Oy's vision to
digitalize and simplify everything about renovation from start to finish.
As a Jonah and certified Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean Six Sigma practitioner, I specialize in improving organizational and business performance by focusing on the few issues that have a real impact on the bottom line and customer satisfaction. I also have expertise in innovation process, project portfolio management, digitalization and digital marketing, CRM and intranet, business ecosystems, and scenario processes. I love to work with people from top management down to the shop floor, and I believe that the most important issue in change processes is a true dialog among all stakeholders. My goal is to create value for our customers, partners, and employees by delivering high-quality renovation and remodeling services with a few clicks.
