Mr. Ratan has over thirty years experience in a large fortune 500 company and high technology and development stage organizations. He has been a CFO for both private and public companies and has a strong track record in finance, corporate communications, strategic planning, corporate development, acquisitions and operations.
He was CFO at
Xcellerex Inc from 2004 to 2007 and was Senior Vice President Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Enanta Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2003.
He was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Equinox Solutions, Inc., from 1997 to 2001.
From 1995-1997, Mr. Ratan held the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer at American Superconductor Corporation.
Prior to his position at American Superconductor Corporation, Mr. Ratan was Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Repligen Corporation from 1986 - 1994.
