As Chief Operating Officer, Ralf Weber is responsible for the business operations of the Concardis Payment Group. He is managing and controlling the entire business processes and guarantees the high quality standards of the Group’s products and services.
Before joining the Concardis Payment Group, Ralf held a number of executive positions in
Germany as well as internationally. Most recently, as Partner at Saras Partners, he was responsible for the change management at Sky Deutschland, where he implemented new customer service strategies and drove the optimisation of operational processes. Prior to that, Ralf was responsible for the European customer service as Director European Customer Experience at Bose. He also spent many years in the cable tv industry, as COO of ish (now UnityMedia) and as Director Customer Operations at Kabel Deutschland. He started his career in the media industry at Merkur Thorhauer Group.
