Mr. Rajesh Singhal is the Principal Managing Partner of the Investment Manager. He has more than 18 years of experience in private equity / venture capital and project finance and was previously associated with leading institutions such as Intel Capital, ICICI, TATA Capital and erstwhile Milestone Religare Investment Advisors. He has a strong
record of around 25 marquee private equity deals, portfolio management and has generated 3x returns on realised exits over the past 13 years.
He has extensive full cycle experience of private equity across cycles. As the founding Managing Partner of Milestone Religare Investment Advisors– he conceptualised, built a team, raised and managed an INR ~434 crore private equity fund from Indian resident investors including institutions and high net worth individuals. As partner of Tata Opportunities Fund (Tata Capital) Mr Singhal helped raise a US$600 million private equity fund from global investors. In addition, he has worked with Intel Capital, the global investment arm of Intel Corporation for over 8 years, making and managing private equity / venture capital investments. He has worked with ICICI for 5 years in the project finance, corporate finance and advisory divisions.
