Rajesh is responsible for implementing strong financial systems and controls to optimize performance and productivity of Tata Power Solar.
Over last 17 years, Rajesh has helped establish several businesses, set up several Greenfield manufacturing facilities, restructured businesses for profitable growth and facilitated the smooth management of
joint ventures. He has implemented best-in-class corporate governance, risk and compliance frameworks. Prior to Tata Power Solar, Rajesh was with Gate Group, a Swiss MNC as Director Finance for the company’s India operations. Rajesh has also been associated with the Tata Group companies like Tata BlueScope Steel and Tata Steel in various financial roles.
Rajesh is a Cost Accountant certified by the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), a Chartered Accountant certified by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Company Secretary registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
