Raghunandan Nagarajan comes with a vast industry / entrepreneurial experience of more than 25 years. Having promoted Servion Global Solutions along with four other professionals in 1995-96, he assumed charge as its MD & CEO and remained in that position until 2004. He continued on its board, as Promoter Director (Non-Executive) until July
2012.In 2004, Raghu became the Strategic Investor and CEO of Indium Software India Limited and held this position until May 2009. During this tenure, he successfully scaled up the company’s operations globally and transformed its strategy, to achieve an impressive tenfold growth.He is the Founder and CEO of Disha Strategic Foundation, an organization focussing on Business Transformation through Coaching and Strategic Consulting. He is a professionally accredited coach from the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI) and has, on their behalf, done several Coaching assignments for large / mid-sized companies. He has also been the designated guide for CEOs pursuing Coaching accreditation with CFI.With a hard core Sales and Marketing background, Raghu has held various senior level corporate positions in Tata Burroughs, TVS Electronics, Microland and Seiko Epson. He holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM (Bangalore). Raghu is also an active speaker at different forums such as NASSCOM, CII, MMA, The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) etc. With a Diploma in Indian Classical Music (Vocal) from Banaras Hindu University, he continues to learn / practise Vocal Carnatic music, besides his other spiritual / cultural interests.
