R. Saravanan (Sara) is the CFO of BCT Group and Finance Director of Bahwan DHL. He has been associated with the Bahwan CyberTek Group since 1999 in various capacities. As a key member of the Executive Management team, Sara is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. He is
responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and private and institutional financing. As Finance Director of BDHL, he provides Financial governance, Control and Strategic Direction for Bahwan DHL Operations in the Sultanate of Oman.
Sara is a qualified Charted and Cost Accountant and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has over 23 years of experience in the fields of Finance & Accounts, Legal, Costing, Auditing and General Administration in various business sectors including Manufacturing, IT services, Logistics and Financial services. Prior to joining Bahwan CyberTek Group Sara worked for Panasonic Corporation, India - brand owners of National, Panasonic, Quasar and Technics.
