Over a career spanning more than two decades at Nestlé, Queenie Phan has risen to become a senior global executive specializing in supply chain, procurement, and operational excellence. Her most recent position on record is with the Procurement Business Partners division for Nestlé USA, which began in 2021.
Her career is marked by a clear
progression of senior leadership roles leading key divisions across the globe. She served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Supply Chain for Nestlé Japan, directed regional strategy as the Head of ASEAN Regional Procurement, and was the Head of Procurement for Nestlé in both the Philippines and Thailand. Her global experience also includes roles at Nestlé's headquarters in Switzerland.
