System4 is a Franchisor providing Facility Services Management to all types of businesses and facilities. Phil has a unique perspective in the franchising industry, as he was the first Master Franchisee in 1986 for Coverall North
America. In 1998 Phil along with a group on investors purchased Coverall North America. Phil became the President/CEO of Coverall in July of 1998. Having been both a Franchisee and a Franchisor he brings a wealth of understanding and a vision for a mutually beneficial relationship in the Franchising industry.
