Mr. Germain began his career as a consultant. His experience and undergraduate formation proved to be valuable assets at the time as they gave him the chance to capitalize on profitable business opportunities. As a fluent German, English and French speaker, he also worked on projects in Europe and North America, which all proved to be successful.
He there and then showed off his ability to raise funds, to put in place a strong accounting and financial model and to advise entrepreneurs through the acquisition, financing or development of their business. Mr. Germain is, amongst others, co-founder of Azur & Capital Real Estate Fund - Quebec), co-founder of Oriana Technologies/SelecTV Solutions Inc (lead technological service provider for high-end hotels) and co-founder of Éco-Entrepôts, a 140 storage unit facility in Canada.
