As a veteran of the game industry, Philipp J. Karstaedt has many years of experience with his own IPs and licensing products as well as in the implementation of growth strategies in the market for free-to-play mobile games. Before his time at GREE, Karstaedt was responsible for designing the product strategy for the user acquisition at Fyber. Prior
to that, he was able to gain extensive knowledge of strategies for the live operation of games, monetization systems and pan-European game releases in various positions at Aeria Games. Thanks to his experience in companies with a high market presence in the USA and the EU, in the Berlin start-up scene and in coping with the unique challenges of cross-location cooperation, he is ideally equipped to act as Managing Director of GREE Berlin the wishes of players throughout Europe.
