Philip L. Tom joined Insight in 2015. He focuses on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations in both high-growth and mature software businesses.
Prior to joining Insight, Philip was an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse, where he helped execute over $20billion of M&A transactions as well as numerous LBOs, IPOs, follow-on
offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt financings.
Philip holds a BA in English Literature from Stanford University. A native New Yorker, Philip enjoys running, trying new restaurants, playing tennis, hiking, and traveling.
