In 1991, Philip Aarons formed Millennium Partners with Christopher Jeffries to develop the $275 million first-phase of the major West Side development that would become Lincoln Square. The company has completed major mixed-use developments in New York, Boston, Washington DC, San Francisco and Miami at a cost in excess of $4 billion. He graduated
from Columbia College in 1973, where he majored in art history and the Columbia University School of Law in 1976.
