Phil has been involved in the London residential construction industry, specifically on high end, super prime residential projects since 2002. His core focus is on delivering the finest quality finishes for discerning clients. His talents lie in working to set budgets and constrictive programmes, within a logistically demanding environment.
Phil’s contracts have included the renovation of some of London’s finest listed Grade I and II* properties, as well as new build fit-out projects for some of the capital’s most sought after apartments.
