Philip Andryc is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ereorg and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Andryc has over twenty years experience in financial markets, management and technology as a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Andryc served as the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley’s Information Technology
Group. He also headed Morgan Stanley’s Private Client Services business, managed the Risk Arbitrage Group and served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Fixed Income Division. In addition, Mr. Andryc also spent time in Morgan Stanley’s Equity division and Mergers and Acquisition group and worked for several years in Morgan Stanley’s London office. Mr. Andryc is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B.) and Harvard Business School M.B.A.
