Dr. Phil S. Yang is the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of TK Net, a Korean entity of China’s Tsinghua Group affiliated with the prestigious Tsinghua University. He is also the founder of the law-related social media platform, LawCom (www.lawcom.org). He was the 2017 Candidate for the People’s Party presidential primaries for the Republic of
Korea presidential election. He was formerly a Professor at Konkuk University and founder of Seoul Chinatown Development Committee ("SCDC") and Seoul Chinatown Development Co., Ltd. Under his leadership, the SCDC spearheaded the movement to establish the green card system in Korea. He received his BA in Chinese Literature from Korea University and Ph.D. in Chinese History from University of California, Los Angeles.
